What information we collect

When you fill out a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide. If you use our AI workers, interactions are logged to a private database tied to your organization.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you requested, and send relevant updates about Total Apptitude. We do not sell your information to third parties.

SMS and text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Total Apptitude may send you text messages such as appointment confirmations, service updates, review requests, and notifications about calls and bookings. For the local businesses we serve, their customers opt in to these texts when they contact or book with the business, which Total Apptitude operates the messaging for.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service. You will receive what you requested whether or not you agree to texts.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or rent your information. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Interaction logs from AI workers are private to your organization, and not shared with other organizations or used to train models outside of your account.

AI disclosures

Our AI workers disclose their nature as automated systems in all communications, as required by California AB 723 and applicable law. Members interacting with AI workers can always request to speak with a human.

Cookies

We use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
