When you fill out a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide. If you use our AI workers, interactions are logged to a private database tied to your organization.
How we use your information
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you requested, and send relevant updates about Total Apptitude. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Interaction logs from AI workers are private to your organization — they are not shared with other organizations or used to train models outside of your account.
AI disclosures
Our AI workers disclose their nature as automated systems in all communications, as required by California AB 723 and applicable law. Members interacting with AI workers can always request to speak with a human.
Cookies
We use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
