Acceptance of terms
By using Total Apptitude services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Total Apptitude provides AI worker services and a community communication app for organizations. Services are provided on a subscription basis. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to train AI workers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable law, including laws governing automated communications in your jurisdiction.
AI disclosures
All AI-generated communications delivered through Total Apptitude services include disclosures that the communication was generated by an AI system. This is a requirement of our service and cannot be disabled.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Total Apptitude is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated communications. Our AI workers are designed to escalate sensitive or uncertain matters to humans — it is your organization's responsibility to ensure this escalation process is set up correctly.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
